Can I use Videosync with my browser without any production capabilities?

Can I use Videosync for hybrid events?

Yes! We support hybrid events. You can have onsite and remote polls, and the content and slides streamed directly and in sync to remote attendees.

What the difference is between a normal user and an admin user?

Account admin is similar to normal user but account admin can add and remove account users. Account admin can also change settings in Account Settings section which isn’t available for normal account user.

Videosync event site

Can I restrict attendee access to the event site?

Definitely! For more information, see Add different authentication options.

Can I fully whitelabel the event site with Videosync?

Yes! You can use a custom domain without Videosync branding, remove Videosync from footer and email messages. This way there’s no mentioning of Videosync in any visual element on the event site. If you’re interested, please contact support@videosync.fi!

How to get started with Videosync?

We give you hands-on support with your first event, and ensure that you get a flying start with Videosync. Later you can reuse that same event for the new events, create a new one from scratch or use our global templates.
